WHY VOLUNTEER?
The Miracle Kollab Festival (MKF) 2026 Official Launch is a pre-launch celebration of our international digital arts festival. This one-day event brings together youth creators, international artists, industry leaders, and innovators for a day of collaboration, inspiration, and cultural exchange. Guests will enjoy panel discussions, live performances, an art showcase, and a gala reception in the scenic Macedon Ranges. As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, seamless, and unforgettable experience for our guests.

ROLES:
Registration
Set up registration desk, check in guests, hand out info packs, guide entry
Stage Support
Assist MCs & speakers, handle microphones, coordinate PPT/lighting/video
VIP Hosting
Welcome VIPs & speakers, assist with sign-ins, photos, seating, and rest area
Media Support
ssue media passes, arrange photo spots, coordinate journalist interviews
Ushers
Guide guests to seats, exhibition area, restrooms, and dining area
Parking
Direct vehicles, assist VIPs & disabled parking
Schedule:
12 September (Day Before)

08:00 – 12:00 Venue setup (sound, projector, registration, media zone)

13:00 – 15:00 Full rehearsal & volunteer training
13 September (Event Day)

07:30 – 08:00 Volunteer check-in, collect badges & T-shirts

08:00 – 09:00 Venue walkthrough, role briefing, short rehearsal

09:00 – 09:30 Registration prep, parking assistance, media arrival

09:30 – 10:00 Guest check-in & welcome tea break
-
10:00 – 11:30 Official program: Opening, launch ceremony, guest speeches

12:00 – 13:30 Lunch & exhibition

13:30 – 15:30 Panel discussion
-
16:00 – 16:30 Youth & international artist showcase

17:30 – 21:30 Evening reception & performances, group photo
Requirements:
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds — no prior experience needed! The most important things are:
